The Wyre Forest Health Partnership is run by an elected Board of GP Partners, a CEO and a Patient Representative.

The Partnership is supported by the Senior Management Team, based out of Bewdley Medical Centre. Their aim is to improve and deliver new services as well as delivering the strategy agreed by Board.

The senior management team is supported by a range of business functions including a Quality & Process lead; a Data & reporting Team as well as a Recall Team dealing with the majority of the calling for Chronic illness patients across the partnership. In addition, the Business Support Administration team provides support to the management teams and the sites.   Finally the WFHP IT team works out of Bewdley providing helpdesk and IT Systems support to the six sites in the Partnership.

The Board Members are:

Dr Roy Williams - Chairman - Stourport Health Centre

I trained as a registrar in General and Breast surgery before commencing my career in General Practice and still work one morning a week at Kidderminster Breast Clinic. I perform minor surgery regularly, and having had training in Orthopaedics and Rheumatology have an interest in bone and joint problems and perform joint injections in the surgery. I also represent the Practice as chair of the local GP Association, working with GPs locally in the development and management of local healthcare. I am currently vice chair of the Wyre Forest Health Partnership, supporting the role of the chair and sitting on the board, and am also IT lead - working with our IT team to improve use of technology in all our sites - by sharing good practice and improving quality of both IT use by clinicians, and availability of new technology for patients.

Mrs Clare Nock - Chief Executive Officer

I have been a Manager in Primary Care for 25 years and the pressures which the NHS and Primary Care now face, are unprecedented.  I am delighted to be CEO of an organisation which is addressing these challenges; Wyre Forest Health Partnership is now operating at scale, developing new clinical models, chasing efficiencies and creating better way of working for both patients and staff. My role is to help develop the WFHP strategy and then ensure it is delivered, supported by the senior management team.

Stella Baldwin - Patient Representative

I am passionate about ensuring that patients and carers are at the heart of all NHS provision. I set up the very first Patients Group (in the country) at a GP practice in Wyre Forest over 25 years ago. Since then I’ve gained lots of experience working within the NHS locally, across Worcestershire and West Midlands, promoting patient and public involvement. I take very seriously my role as Patient Rep on the Board for this partnership, and feel confident to give constructive criticism and challenge where necessary. I’m very heartened that the Partnership greatly values the role of the Patient Rep when making plans and decisions that affect their patients.

Dr Paul Williams - board lead - Church Street Surgery

Dr Dave Richards - Human Resources board lead - Hagley Surgery

Born and brought up in Wembley, North West London I trained at Birmingham Medical School and qualified in 1987. I worked at hospitals in Stoke, Birmingham and Kidderminster before completing my GP training at Bewdley Medical Centre in 1991. I joined Hagley Surgery in November 1991 and have spent the last 25 years working as a GP principal there. During my time at Hagley I have developed a number of clinical interests including diabetes care (Warwick Diploma), Palliative Care, and Dermatology (Cardiff Diploma with distinction). I also completed a Diploma in Primary Care Therapeutics (with distinction) at Imperial College, London. I consolidate my palliative care knowledge by working weekends for St.Richard's Hospice in Worcester. Since merging and becoming part of the Wyre Forest Health Partnership I have been an active board member and taken the lead for HR in the organisation.

Outside work my main interests are sporting and outdoor activities. I still continue to play (geriatric) 5 a side football every week. I am a competent white water kayaker, dinghy sailer and a second Dan black belt at Tae Kwon Do.

Dr Sebastian Morton - York House Medical Centre

Dr Claire Sutton - Bewdley Medical Centre

Dr Emma Cull - Quality & Risk board Lead - Kidderminster Medical Centre

I joined the team at Kidderminster Medical Centre in April 2011. This provided the opportunity for me to return home to practice medicine. I really enjoy being a GP in an area I know so well and feel it adds a little extra to the care of my patients.  My areas of interest are Dermatology and Gynaecology having Diplomas in both fields. I sit on the WFHP Board as the Kidderminster Medical Centre representative. Outside of work most of my time is spent as a mum of 2! I enjoy cooking and have an interest in interior design. As a family we love local walks in particular the very picturesque walks along Kidderminster canal and in the Wyre Forest. We have a family pass to the Severn Valley Railway too!

Dr Tristan Brodie - Board Lead - Stourport Health Centre

I have been working at Stouport Health Centre since 2010. Prior to embarking on a career in general practice I began training in paediatrics and maintain a key interest in paediatrics and child safeguarding. I am also the Stourport Health Centre site lead for diabetes as well as providing educational supervision and training to our junior doctors working in general practice. My role on board is to represent Stourport Health Centre and, along with Clare Nock (our chief executive officer) and a colleague from York House Surgery, I am over-seeing the project to acquire a new building for the delivery of primary care services in Stouport. I will shortly be commencing a role as a governing body member of the Wyre Forest Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Outside of work I enjoy running and spending time with my young family.
